Terms for an evolving product.

These terms describe use of the BuildTheory website and beta workspace. BuildTheory is a product name; no incorporated entity, registered address or governing jurisdiction is represented here.

Assistive use only

Outputs help organize and inspect insurance case information. They may be incomplete or wrong. Verify source documents and apply qualified human judgment. Discrepancy flags do not establish fraud, document authenticity or intent. Outputs are not legal or medical advice and are not claim approval, denial, pricing or payment decisions.

Your documents

Submit only content you are authorized to process through the configured external providers. You remain responsible for permission, data minimization and the decisions made using outputs. Do not upload malicious files or attempt to access another session’s cases.

Beta availability

The product is in development, with no availability, accuracy or retention service-level commitment. Features may change, access may be limited and stored cases may be lost. Keep your original documents elsewhere.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass access controls, abuse processing limits, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful activity. Access may be suspended for misuse.

Limits and updates

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available, without warranties of fitness or accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Continued use after a published update is subject to the updated terms.
