The problem

Claims can involve a policyholder, hospital and insurer exchanging documents and clarifications. Policyholders need to catch avoidable issues before submission; insurers need to investigate unsupported charges and inconsistencies during review. Both need a clearer path through the evidence.

The approach

BuildTheory connects specialized document extraction with cross-document checks and conversational investigation. A reviewer can ask about billed medicines or missing reports, then follow source-page links and inspect highlighted text where available.

The principle

Evidence and oversight matter more than a fluent answer. AI can organize a case; it cannot replace the accountability of the person reviewing it.

Current stage

The insurance claim-processing application was developed privately over two years. BuildTheory is now in active development and preparing for private beta. The public workspace includes a synthetic replay. Live document analysis requires configured model access and beta authorization.
